“Malolo” – a name that speaks of rest, relaxation and taking time to simply enjoy the moment.
And once you experience the lifestyle at this beautiful Malapoa home, it’s easy to see why the name fits so perfectly.
Imagine starting your morning with a coffee in hand, looking out across Port Vila Harbour as the cruise ships make their way into town – then ending the day with a glass of champagne as they sail off into the sunset.
Perfectly positioned close to town while still enjoying a peaceful and private setting, Malolo is a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home combining space, comfort and spectacular views with relaxed island living.
Bright, breezy and filled with natural light, the home offers generous living spaces designed to make the most of its elevated position and gorgeous outlook across the harbour. Whether you’re entertaining friends, enjoying a quiet afternoon at home or simply sitting back and watching the ever-changing activity on the water, the views provide an incredible backdrop to everyday life.
The spacious master bedroom features its own ensuite, with two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom providing plenty of room for family or guests. There is also an additional versatile room that could easily become a home office, rumpus room, guest space or even an extra bedroom depending on your needs.
Outside, the established gardens and entertaining areas create even more space to embrace the tropical lifestyle – morning coffees, long lunches, sunset drinks and relaxed evenings taking in those beautiful harbour views.
Fully fenced and secure, the property also offers a two-space carport and plenty of privacy, making it an easy and comfortable place to call home.
And while Malolo feels wonderfully removed from the hustle and bustle, you’re only minutes from Port Vila, giving you the best of both worlds – convenience when you need it and your own peaceful retreat to come home to.
Malolo isn’t simply a place to live – it’s a place to slow down, relax and enjoy the very best of island life.
