Information held outside Vanuatu
Our website, email and analytics providers store data on servers outside Vanuatu, including in Australia, the United States and the European Union. Where your information is sent overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled with an appropriate level of protection.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and transaction records for as long as we need them for the purpose they were collected, and for as long as our legal and record-keeping obligations require. When information is no longer needed we delete it, or remove the details that identify you.

No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information sent to us over the internet.
